Built by Lord Craft in the 1930’s as a gift to his daughter, the Gentleman's Golf Residence resides on the fourth fairway of the superb golf course, commanding stunning views of the Herefordshire countryside. This grand manor couldn’t be better located for those with a penchant for golf, luxury and country life.

Inside

• Style: A fusion of traditional and contemporary.
• Bedrooms: On the first floor there's 4 double en suite rooms, a twin en suite and 2 bunk rooms. The second floor of the property - the attic - houses a double and a twin bedroom as well as a lounge with double sofa bed, all share one bathroom. Downsatirs there is a wet room with underfloor heating, shower and toilet.
• For relaxation: Spacious conservatory with sun room, library.
• For recreation: Games room with table football, darts, pool table, jukebox and honesty bar. Computer room, sitting room with large plasma TV.
• Practicalities: Utility room with washer and dryer

Outside

In the front of the house there is a small lawn and a driveway with ample parking. At the rear there is a large lawned garden, a barbecue/ alfresco dining area, access to the golf course and a side garden with an outdoor chessboard.
